The AFL

In partnership with Damascus Road the AFL program is designed specifically to establish men in the knowledge, disciplines, skills, and character necessary to succeed as shepherds, husbands and fathers, and business leaders. The program is designed around a structure we call 30/20/10 that engages apprentices in 30 hours weekly of business development through rotating roles in several entrepreneurial ventures and established businesses, 20 hours weekly of combined classroom instruction and on-the-job ministry training, and 10 hours weekly of personal development and study.
